Tell us about the written/online test. (Aptitude, Coding, Test Platform, etc)
The first test was held on AMCAT. It was a OK level test. There were no coding questions to hard code. There were 4-5 sections with a sectional cut-off. The sections comprised of English, Aptitude, General CS Questions, O/P(JAVA & C++). The questions were of moderate level (only problem was the time limit). No negative marking was there. Around 60-70 students sat for next written rounds and 15 students made it to the interview process. I was one of them. Their were 2 elimination round which are as follows: First was a Psychometric test. We were given a sheet of 3-4 pages and there were MCQ questions. My advice is to give the answers honestly and u will make it. 2 students were rejected in the above round. Then next round was a Problem Solving test. We were given a problem(same for everybody) on the main screen and were asked to give the solution for the same. The solution should be as brief as possible.I suggest please include sample JAVA code in it. Just write your idea in a programmatic way. (This was not an elimination round).
Describe your all Technical Interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round (if any).
We had one personal Interview round which was as follows: The 4th round was the Personal Interview. (mine was the first one) We candidates were told to bring our own laptops as we have to show and run our projects (any one) that you have written in your resume. The project must be running. Apart from this I was asked certain questions of DBMS (like joins) an SQL query , a programming question -> to remove duplicate characters in a string and -> to reverse a string(I have to write code for both the questions) Then he asked about my Internship project. The interviewer was friendly Advice: Be yourself. Don’t try to impress him by giving him big projects or a new technology(a simple but running project will do) And the question will not be too tough.
Describe your all HR interviews specifying the number of rounds and details of each round.
There was 1 HR round (7 students made it to this round) I was the first candidate. The HR interviewer was a tricky guy. He started by asking sample HR questions like everyone asks. Then he asked about my hobby and then he started rapid fire questions about my hobbies like why this and why not playing games like every one else. Advice: Don’t lie. Even if your hobby is to just watch movies tell him frankly.
