Interview Questions

Ques. Introduce yourself to the readers

I, Ankush Singla, am a student of Electronics And Computer Engineering at Thapar Institute Of Engineering & Technology. I am very proud to say that I am currently the “Topper” of my branch that gave me a back in getting placed at Deloitte-USI. I am also selected as an intern at STM Microelectronics.

Ques. What was the difficulty level of the interview? (1- very easy, 10-very difficult)

The entire selection process was sum up with a single round including everything. In such a case, difficulty level may vary as per the mindset of the candidate. One may be comfortable with a single round for everything but, on the other side, it might not be everyone’s cup of tea so, if I were to rate my interview out of 10, I would give it as a ‘6’ being a moderate one for me.

Ques. What was the procedure of the placement that took place? (Shortlisting criteria/ coding or aptitude test/ number of interviews)

The selection process included one common test for aptitude, reasoning, coding, general awareness along with some HR related questions. Candidate has to score a substantial amount of marks decided by the organization to get selected.

Ques. Tell us about the written/online test. (Aptitude, Coding, Test Platform, etc)

The Test; I would personally say it was a worthy one as it was the only obstacle between me and the placement. It was conducted on an online platform named “hire-pro” and I would say it was a complete package as it contained questions of all categories i.e. aptitude, reasoning, coding, general awareness along with some HR related questions. It was a must for me to score good in it if I wanted a placement at Deloitte-USI.
