Ques. Introduce yourself to the readers
My name is Harshit Rana. I am a fourth-year student at TIET and have been pursuing my degree in ECE. I am from Mohali, and I have received an offer to join Viscadia for a 6 months internship with a performance-based PPO. I specialise in Business Analytics using Python and Microsoft Excel, and I am also a Cyber Forensics enthusiast.
Ques. What was the difficulty level of the interview? (1- very easy, 10-very difficult)
It was about 7.
Ques. What was the procedure of the placement that took place? (Shortlisting criteria/ coding or aptitude test/ number of interviews)
A minimum CGPA of 7 was required to fill out the form. After that, there was an Online test. The company then shortlisted the students on the basis of their resumes and test scores for a case study round which was followed by 2 rounds of final interviews (Tech + HR).
Ques. Tell us about the written/online test. (Aptitude, Coding, Test Platform, etc)
The online test was conducted on the company’s platform. It consisted of Aptitude + basic Microsoft Excel questions and the duration to complete the test was around 40 mins.
The students shortlisted for interviews were required to solve an online case study and the time to complete it was around 45 mins.
