Interview Questions
Ques. Introduce yourself to the readers
I am a Final year computer science and business studies(CSBS) student at Thapar Institute of Engineering And Technology.
I am interested in new technologies, programming/coding, and graphic designing, and I try to learn and explore as much as possible.
Apart from that, I also love to socialise with others to know their stories. I also like public speaking, reading books, and listening to podcasts in my free time.
I am always looking forward to new pieces of knowledge that will help me grow and be a better person.
Ques. What was the difficulty level of the interview? (1- very easy, 10-very difficult)
For me, it was 6. This varies from person to person.
Ques. What was the procedure of the placement that took place? (Shortlisting criteria/ coding or aptitude test/ number of interviews)
The first one was the online assessment, and this test was given to almost 800-850 students. After shortlisting from the Online test, Only 84 students were selected for the Interview Round. There are two technical rounds of interviews and one HR round. After All Interview rounds, only 23-24 students were selected.
Ques. Tell us about the written/online test. (Aptitude, Coding, Test Platform, etc)
This test is of around 1.5 hr. The platform used for this test was Hackarank. There was a question from DSA, and they also asked questions from Core subjects like DBMS, SQL, CN, OOPs, DSA, and OS. In this test, you have to type a Coding question; the Core subjects question was asked in MCQ format. Aptitude (Basic) was also asked in this test. Questions were mainly asked on numpad mapping and strings. You can find such questions on Leetcode.
