Ques. Introduce yourself to the readers
Hello everyone, I am Shrutam Jain, currently in my final year at Thapar University. I enjoy reading, traveling, and occasionally cooking. I have always had a strong interest in finance, which has greatly aided my journey at Blackrock.
Ques. What was the difficulty level of the interview? (1- very easy, 10-very difficult)
It was moderate to Hard.
Ques. What was the procedure of the placement that took place? (Shortlisting criteria/ coding or aptitude test/ number of interviews)
Round 1: Online Test – 1 hour (divided into sections)
Round 2: Interview (Technical + Finance) (around 45 minutes)
Round 3: HR Interview
Ques. Tell us about the written/online test. (Aptitude, Coding, Test Platform, etc)
Aptitude, English, logical reasoning, SQL, and coding multiple-choice questions were given. The questions were lengthy and challenging, but there is no penalty for incorrect answers. However, the navigation was off and limited time was provided to complete the test.
