Interview Questions

Ques. Introduce yourself to the readers

I\’m Varnika Gupta pursing BE CSE in Chitkara University. I\’ve recently been placed in TATA Communications as a Software Developer focusing mainly on Front End. I\’ve appeared for about 6-7 other interviews before I finally got placed. I\’m currently receiving a stipend of 20k for a 10 month period as an intern and then a CTC of 4.9 LPA.

Ques. What was the difficulty level of the interview? (1- very easy, 10-very difficult)

7  Not too difficult

Ques. What was the procedure of the placement that took place? (Shortlisting criteria/ coding or aptitude test/ number of interviews)

There were two rounds. A technical one and an HR interview. People were shortlisted through Superset, an application where our CVs and performance scores are regularly updated through frequent tests.

Ques. Tell us about the written/online test. (Aptitude, Coding, Test Platform, etc)

There was no aptitude test for TATA Communications
