Interview Questions
Ques. Introduce yourself to the readers
I am Shouraya Goyal and I am currently in fourth year in B.E. Computer Science and Business System. I am placed in Fastenal, India and my placement happened on September,6 2022. I am keen on coding and have good knowledge of my core subjects. I have also explored Data Analysis and Web Development. Also, I was one the executive board of the Microsoft Student Learn Chapter, a prestigious society of Thapar. Currently, I am serving in the placement council.
Ques. What was the difficulty level of the interview? (1- very easy, 10-very difficult)
On a scale of 1 to 10, I will rate it somewhere around 7.5
Ques. What was the procedure of the placement that took place? (Shortlisting criteria/ coding or aptitude test/ number of interviews)
So there were 50 questions in a form, based on certain internal criteria of the company, out of which I believe some 10-12 questions played a very important role in shortlisting. Around 180-190 people got shortlisted for the assessment round.
Next day, we had our Online Assessment and within 2 hours, at 4:00 p.m. the shortlisting came for the interviews in which there were approximately 30 students. My interview was scheduled on the same day at 5:30 p.m. My interview went for 1 hour and 15 min.
The second interview was scheduled on the third day of the process, which was a managerial round.
Ques. Tell us about the written/online test. (Aptitude, Coding, Test Platform, etc)
The online assessment round consisted of three coding questions within a stipulated time limit of 1 hour, followed by another section which consisted of Aptitude and Technical questions.
The total time was 2 or 2.5 hours and the platform was Mettle.
