Apurv Shandilya’s Maruti Interview Experience

 Basically, it was a three fold process. The online assessment comprised of logical reasoning, Quant and analytical reasoning. The test went on for around two-and-a-half hours. After this, around 50 core questions solely related to the branch were asked. The test ended with a psychometric analysis portion, which was a 100 question questionnaire, where scenario-based questions were asked and how we reacted to it and if we are suitable for the company. Most of the test was Aptitude based. They will ask questions based on profit/loss, percentage, probability, Permutations and Combinations, pipes and cisterns, Work and time. For core part, mechanical and electronics core were a major highlight.
