Interview Questions

Ques. Introduce yourself to the readers

Hi, Prashant Pandey here! I’ve been pursuing my bachelor’s with computer science at TIET. I have had my software internships at organizations like Axis Bank, GrowthJockey, Interviewbit, etc and my research internship at IIT Kanpur, and now I’m placed as a Software Development Engineer (SDE-1) at zHealthEHR India Pvt ltd with a package of 45 LPA.

Ques. What was the difficulty level of the interview? (1- very easy, 10-very difficult)

8 (depends on the interviewer)

Ques. What was the procedure of the placement that took place? (Shortlisting criteria/ coding or aptitude test/ number of interviews)

After the CGPA cutoff, Students eligible for test were sent the test links over the mail, and the test was for about 20-30 minutes. It was mainly aptitude based with reasoning and other types of mental ability based questions. After 3-4 days, the list of candidates shortlisted for interviews was announced, and I was one of them. In total, there were 2 rounds of interviews, one of them being technical and another HR round. But in the end, due to less time remaining, some of us had our Technical and HR rounds both together.

Ques. Tell us about the written/online test. (Aptitude, Coding, Test Platform, etc)

It was an Aptitude based test of 20 minutes which was held in online mode. The questions asked were based on family-relations, direction sense, reasoning, and some mathematical concepts. For me, the Questions were of medium level, but the main challenge was to solve 25 questions in 20 minutes’ time.
Being a UPSC Aspirant (doing aptitude under pressure for NDA, which helped me a lot), I submitted my answers in around 12-13 minutes. And during shortlisting, I believe there was a time cutoff too, so those who solved and submitted early were shortlisted so keep track of time during the test and try to finish it as early as possible.
