Ques. Introduce yourself to the readers

I am Aarzoo Sharma, the founder of Girl Up Ludhiana and recently won the Microsoft Imagine Cup as a winner from all over India in the health category. I have worked on and co-founded a health-tech project on Alzheimer’s and love to participate in hackathons.

Ques. What was the difficulty level of the interview? (1- very easy, 10-very difficult)

Moderate 7.5

Ques. What was the procedure of the placement that took place? (Shortlisting criteria/ coding or aptitude test/ number of interviews)

First there was cg cut. Then there was resume shortlisting. Most of the females were shortlisted. Then came the online test which consisted of 2 questions and aptitude questions. There was 1 round of interview.

Ques. Tell us about the written/online test. (Aptitude, Coding, Test Platform, etc)

Online test consisted of 2 coding questions. Aptitude and logical reasoning was a major part of it as well. It was time bound section wise test. Around total 50 questions were there .
