Interview Questions

Ques. Introduce yourself to the readers

I am Ananya Bassi, currently a student at Thapar University. During my academic journey, I had the privilege of being an active member of the Girl Up society. In fact, I served as the secretary of the society for the academic year 2022-2023. Additionally, I am proud to hold the position of Student Placement Representative (SPR) for the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) branch

Ques. What was the difficulty level of the interview? (1- very easy, 10-very difficult)

The difficulty level of interview for me was 6-7.

Ques. What was the procedure of the placement that took place? (Shortlisting criteria/ coding or aptitude test/ number of interviews)

The selection process for this opportunity comprised three key stages. The initial stage involved an online test, which had a duration of 1 to 1.5 hours. This test was relatively easy, covering fundamental concepts of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), along with multiple-choice questions (MCQs) ranging from easy to medium difficulty. Following this, the second stage was a Group Discussion (GD), where the topic of discussion was “ROLE OF SOCIAL MEDIA ON CURRENT GENERATION” The GD proved to be manageable and conducive. Notably, 50% of the participants progressed to the next round based on their performance in the GD.

The final round was a comprehensive interview, which took place on the same day as the GD. This interview was the last step in the selection process.
