Aryan Chanana’s IBM Interview Experience

There were 4 rounds- cognitive ability, learning ability, english round and coding test. All of them were elimination rounds.
In the first round you are supposed to play some basic games which require basic mathematics.
In the second round, there were situation based questions which only tested your personal traits. The key is to stick with what you truly are because they would ask the same questions in a different way again and again.
Third round was very easy. Basic grammatical skills were tested.
Forth round had one code and few technical questions (4-5). Basic coding skills and some knowledge on DBMS and networking would be sufficient.
