Parvesh Kumar’s IBM Interview Experience

There were basically 4 rounds in written test and they were on IBM’s own platform and all the round were elimination rounds.First round was based on cognitive ability in which there were simple games like puzzle solving and mathematical calculations.The second round was Behavioural test and it was taken to test you what you actually are as a person and to test your behavioural skills.You have to select one of the option from strongly agree, agree, disagree based on the different questions.The third round was a simple round on English,It was like an easy grammar test.And the last round was a coding test in which there was one coding question and 5 MCQs related to DBMS,networking and OS.
