Ques. Introduce yourself to the readers
Hi, my name is Atul Thakur and I’m from Gurdaspur, Punjab. I am a fourth-year student pursuing B.E. in Computer Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology. I have a deep love for travel, with Himachal as my cherished destination, and a profound passion for cooking as well. Recently, I got an Internship and full-time offer from Blue Yonder.
Ques. What was the difficulty level of the interview? (1- very easy, 10-very difficult)
I believe it was around 7.
Ques. What was the procedure of the placement that took place? (Shortlisting criteria/ coding or aptitude test/ number of interviews)
Initially there was a CGPA cut of 7. Roughly 800 students participated in the online assessment. Following this, about 53 students were shortlisted for the interview phase, which included three rounds. The first round was technical interview. After this, approximately 27 individuals made it through to the second round, known as the Techno Managerial round. Finally, the last hurdle was the HR interview. After all three rounds 22 students got the offer.
Ques. Tell us about the written/online test. (Aptitude, Coding, Test Platform, etc)
There was an online assessment test on the Hirepro platform, which comprised a mix of 30 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and 2 coding questions. The MCQs spanned topics like Aptitude and core computer subjects, including OOPS, OS, DBMS, networking, and computer programming. One of the coding questions tested mathematical problem-solving skills and was relatively easy, while the other question was related to binary trees.
