Ques. Introduce yourself to the readers

Hello, My name is Diksha Rani and I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. I have a strong passion for sports, particularly Table Tennis and I’m proud to be a state-level player. Additionally, I recently completed a summer internship at JP Morgan Chase and Co. where I gained valuable professional experience.

Ques. What was the difficulty level of the interview? (1- very easy, 10-very difficult)

The difficulty level was 8 out of 10.

Ques. What was the procedure of the placement that took place? (Shortlisting criteria/ coding or aptitude test/ number of interviews)

Firstly, there was an Online Assessment(OA) based on which I was selected for Cisco Ideathon. I was given three problem statements and had to choose one to develop a prototype solution. Following this, I prepared a PowerPoint presentation to showcase my solution.

During the Ideathon, I underwent three rounds of interviews. The initial round focused solely on technical questions, the second round had managerial and technical questions, and the third and final round was the HR Round.

Ques. Tell us about the written/online test. (Aptitude, Coding, Test Platform, etc)

The online assessment included two coding questions that tested concepts like Dynamic Programming, Arrays, Stack, and Queue. Additionally, there were 10-15 multiple-choice questions related to Computer Networks. To prepare for this test, it’s essential to focus on fundamental data structures and algorithms concepts as well as the basics of computer networking.
