Ques. Introduce yourself to the readers
Hello everyone, I am Disha Kalra. I am currently pursuing my Bachelors in computer science and engineering from TIET. Being from a CS background, my initial focus was on the technical aspect of things but over time I discovered non-tech to be my forte. I will be interning at Bain and Company, one of the largest consulting firms.
Ques. What was the difficulty level of the interview? (1- very easy, 10-very difficult)
I would like to rate the difficulty level for the written test as 8 and interview round to be 5.
Ques. What was the procedure of the placement that took place? (Shortlisting criteria/ coding or aptitude test/ number of interviews)
Firstly there was a shortlisting from about 1200 candidates based on resume and internal cgpa cut-off. About 700 candidates were selected for next round which was a written test. Then from those 190 were selected for interview process which had two rounds.
Ques. Tell us about the written/online test. (Aptitude, Coding, Test Platform, etc)
The written test was an online proctored test conducted on HirePro platform. It had questions based on logical reasoning, data interpretation and analysis and more aptitude based questions. What was more interesting was that there was negative marking so couldn’t go about making random guesses . It was test with good level of questions.
