Interview Questions
Ques. Introduce yourself to the readers
Hello, I\’m Gaurav Gupta, currently in my fourth year of the Computer Science Engineering program at Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology. I have done various projects as well as 3 internships. One was in DRDO, other in Samsung research institute and the last one was in a start-up. I am also active on various online coding platforms like Geeks For Geeks, Code Chef and Coding Ninjas. I have interest in chess and badminton as well.
Ques. What was the difficulty level of the interview? (1- very easy, 10-very difficult)
On the basis of difficulty, I would rate the first technical interview a 8.5 and the second one a 7 out of 10.
Ques. Tell us about the written/online test. (Aptitude, Coding, Test Platform, etc)
In the written test there were around 30 questions comprising MCQs and 3 coding questions. Notably, during the subsequent interviews, the interviewers asked questions from the code I had written in the written test, which they had on record. The first two coding questions were related to simple mapping concepts, while the third one involved basic logical problems, such as loops and palindrome detection. So it is important to do the codes correctly and independently.
