Interview Questions
Ques. Introduce yourself to the readers
Hello, I\’m Gurnoor Singh a final year COE student at Thapar Institute and an upcoming Business Analyst at Procdna. I am happy to share my insights with you to help you in your recruitment journey.
Ques. What was the difficulty level of the interview? (1- very easy, 10-very difficult)
I would rate the difficulty level of the interview as a 7, but it\’s important to note that this rating can be quite subjective and varies from person to person.
Ques. What was the procedure of the placement that took place? (Shortlisting criteria/ coding or aptitude test/ number of interviews)
The placement procedure was rigorous and efficient, encompassing several key steps in a single day:
- An online test consisting of questions on general aptitude and SQL.
- The top 100 candidates from the online test moved on to a group discussion, with 10 participants in each group.
- A challenging Tech Case study round, where the final 20 candidates were given 2 hours to solve a business problem using data science.
- Only 4 candidates were shortlisted for the interviews. A total of three interviews were conducted, first was tech interview followed by case study interview and Co-founder round at last.
To your surprise, the whole procedure was complete in a span of one day starting from 8 am in morning till 10 pm.
Ques. Tell us about the written/online test. (Aptitude, Coding, Test Platform, etc)
The written online test was comprehensive, featuring questions that assessed general aptitude and SQL concepts, providing a well-rounded evaluation of candidates abilities.
