Ques. Introduce yourself to the readers
I am Harsh Giri. I am from Noida. I am a final year undergraduate at Thapar university and my branch is Electrical. Apart from this, I have been very active in college clubs and society. I have been president of Markfin society, and in noida I have been managing director of Rotaract club.
Ques. What was the difficulty level of the interview? (1- very easy, 10-very difficult)
I would rate it a 7.
Ques. What was the procedure of the placement that took place? (Shortlisting criteria/ coding or aptitude test/ number of interviews)
There was shortlisting based on CGPA and resume. There was an online assessment test. The next round was of group discussion. After that, a technical and an HR round of interview was there. The whole interview was offline.
Ques. Tell us about the written/online test. (Aptitude, Coding, Test Platform, etc)
There was an online assessment test based on aptitude in which there were questions from logical reasoning and data interpretation. The platform was SHL. The time was 45 minutes for 45 questions. Also, accuracy matters a lot here.
