Interview Questions
Ques. Introduce yourself to the readers
Hello, I’m Harshit Gogia, currently in my final year pursuing Computer Engineering at Thapar Institute. Despite a challenging semester due to the recession, I’m excited to announce that I’ve secured a position as a Software Developer at Blue Yonder.
Ques. What was the difficulty level of the interview? (1- very easy, 10-very difficult)
In my experience, I would rate the difficulty level of the interview at an 8 out of 10 considering the multiple challenging testing rounds I encountered.
Ques. What was the procedure of the placement that took place? (Shortlisting criteria/ coding or aptitude test/ number of interviews)
The placement procedure at Blue yonder began with interested students filling out a Google form. Following this, candidates underwent an online test. Those selected from the test proceeded to face two technical interviews before culminating in a final HR interview.
Ques. Tell us about the written/online test. (Aptitude, Coding, Test Platform, etc)
The written/online test comprised two coding questions, along with sections covering aptitude and generic English questions in multiple-choice format. The first coding question, centred around a mathematical formula, was relatively easy. However, the second question, focused on trees, was more challenging and seemed to be the pivotal factor determining success in clearing the test.
