Interview Questions
Ques. Introduce yourself to the readers
I am Hunar, a final-year COE student at Thapar Institute. Delighted to announce my upcoming role as a Software Engineer at MAQ. While initially not deeply involved in coding, I excelled in non-tech skills and public speaking.
Ques. What was the difficulty level of the interview? (1- very easy, 10-very difficult)
In my experience, I would rate the difficulty level of the interview at an 8 out of 10 but it can be vary from person to person.
Ques. What was the procedure of the placement that took place? (Shortlisting criteria/ coding or aptitude test/ number of interviews)
After completing the college-provided forms, the process continued with a written test. From there, 63 candidates advanced to the interview round. Following this, 25 were shortlisted for the subsequent day, which included a technical interview and an HR interview. Finally, 23 candidates emerged as finalists for the position.
Ques. Tell us about the written/online test. (Aptitude, Coding, Test Platform, etc)
The test comprised 16 challenging multiple-choice questions along with 2 coding problems. One of the coding questions involved Hoffman coding, while the other was relatively simpler, centered around a SQL query.
