Ques. Tell us about the written/online test. (Aptitude, Coding, Test Platform, etc)
Online test ( 2 sections finance, 1 section aptitude and an essay, the essay is pretty important make sure to write the min required words),
Selected students get to attend a workshop in which they teach financial accounting and also ask questions. Half of your placement is done if you are able to be active in the workshop, catch the opportunity to answer questions in the right tone and concise manner.
After the workshop, there is written test to test whatever they teach in the workshop. Attempt the test with a stable mindset, keep yourself calm, which you might not be after the tedious process.
