Interview Questions
Ques. Introduce yourself to the readers
I’m a final-year Electronics and Computer Engineering student at Thapar University, recently placed at Viscadia as a Business Associate. My journey has been a mix of curiosity, persistence, and continuous learning from exploring technical projects in data and automation to developing an interest in how data drives real business decisions. Over time, I realized that I enjoy connecting numbers with narratives, understanding problems, analyzing patterns, and building strategies that make a difference. Being placed at Viscadia marks a proud moment in that journey. It’s an opportunity to bring together my analytical mindset and strategic curiosity, to learn from exceptional mentors, and to contribute to meaningful consulting work that creates impact beyond the spreadsheet.
Ques. What was the difficulty level of the interview? (1- very easy, 10-very difficult)

Ques. What was the procedure of the placement that took place? (Shortlisting criteria/ coding or aptitude test/ number of interviews)
Firstly we had to give an online assessment test that comprised of 3-4 sections and every section had equal amount of questions. Mostly the questions were aptitude based like figure completion, basic maths etc. Around 1500 students applied for the company, but only 500 students appeared for the test as these 500 students were randomly shortlisted from all the 1500 students. After the test, 26-28 students were selected for the interviews from these 500 students and I was one of them. CGPA of these 26-28 people ranged from 7.something – 8.8/8.9. Finally I gave 3 rounds of interviews and 6 students were finally placed.
Ques. Tell us about the written/online test. (Aptitude, Coding, Test Platform, etc)
The online aptitude test was not hard. It was quite easy and mostly students didn’t face any problem with the questions asked in the test. It was a remote online test and I don’t remember the exact time that was given to us but i guess it was around 1 hour.
