Ques. Introduce yourself to the readers
Hello, I’m Kush Gupta. I’m from Delhi. I am a fourth year B.tech student of COE branch. I got a CGPA of 9.2 and got offers from two companies, i.e, Barclays and ION.
Ques. What was the difficulty level of the interview? (1- very easy, 10-very difficult)

Ques. What was the procedure of the placement that took place? (Shortlisting criteria/ coding or aptitude test/ number of interviews)
For Barclays, I did a Summer Internship in my 3rd year and eventually got the PPO. The internship test was purely technical. After that, there was a 20-minute interview with the vice president of the company. For ION it was a five-round interview, with no CGPA criteria. I filled a Google form sent by mail and then was informed about the first round of interview
Ques. Tell us about the written/online test. (Aptitude, Coding, Test Platform, etc)
Barclays Internship test consisted of two SQL queries, one Coding question and rest were mcq’s from OOPS & DSA. Most of the things are taught in the college curriculum, except dsa, which still taught, needs additional practice to solve interview level problems. For ION, it was an online assessment consisting of two medium level DSA questions which were to be solved in 90 minutes. I solved both of them and were correct, around 250 people got shortlisted after this round.
