Interview Questions

Ques. Introduce yourself to the readers

My name is Parinaaz Gill, and I’m a fourth-year CSE student at Thapar University. I am a PayU intern. During my undergraduate years, I participated in a few societies, including Girl Up TIET, where I oversaw PR. I think I got a lot of experience from everything I did and participated in throughout my time in college, and that experience has helped both my professional and personal development. I think my time in college has been quite fruitful.

Ques. What was the difficulty level of the interview? (1- very easy, 10-very difficult)

N/A

Ques. What was the procedure of the placement that took place? (Shortlisting criteria/ coding or aptitude test/ number of interviews)

Following the CGPA cutoff, eligible students took an online test, and those who were shortlisted based on their online test participated in two rounds of interviews: a technical round and an HR round. The first round of interview lasted about 40 minutes, and the second round lasted 10 minutes.

Ques. Tell us about the written/online test. (Aptitude, Coding, Test Platform, etc)

There were two coding questions and approximately 40 technical MCQs in the online test. The MCQs were primarily concerned with computer networks and cyber security, with a few questions about DSA, DBMS, OS, and SQL thrown in for good measure. The two coding questions were of a medium difficulty level, as seen on Geeks for Geeks.
