Interview Questions
Ques. Introduce yourself to the readers
Hello, I’m Pritika, and I’m currently in my fourth year of studying computer engineering. When it comes to technology, I’ve been really into artificial intelligence and natural language processing. I’ve done some research and projects in this area, and one of my papers was recently published. I enjoy coding, and I believe that understanding DSA is essential for getting a placement. When I realized the importance of problem-solving, I started tackling a lot of challenging problems.
On the personal side, I love reading books, both fiction and non-fiction, though I lean more towards non-fiction. I also enjoy watching movies and series on Netflix. My life motto is simple: I always aim to keep learning because life never stops teaching you.
Ques. What was the difficulty level of the interview? (1- very easy, 10-very difficult)
I’ll say it was 7.
Ques. What was the procedure of the placement that took place? (Shortlisting criteria/ coding or aptitude test/ number of interviews)
The initial shortlisting criteria included an 8.5 CGPA cutoff and, of course, no backlogs. For any companies you’ll be applying to, there’s a “no backlog” requirement.
Ques. Tell us about the written/online test. (Aptitude, Coding, Test Platform, etc)
After the initial shortlisting, we had our online assessment, which included negative marking. Alongside the three coding questions, there were also 20 MCQs on fundamental CS topics. Two of the coding questions were easy and based on hashmaps, while the last one was a bit challenging.
