Ques. What was the procedure of the placement that took place? (Shortlisting criteria/ coding or aptitude test/ number of interviews)
Firstly, there was a CGPA cutoff of 7. All those who met this CGPA cutoff were allowed to take the test. The test had a 12-hour window during which you could attempt it at any time. There were six sections, each with a defined time limit. After completing this, 160 candidates were shortlisted. Next round consisted of five sections which involved listening to audio, another required writing an essay and another was to speak on three given topics. Additionally, there was a section for listening comprehension, and the last section consisted of multiple-choice questions related to what you had heard. The third Round consisted of a case study where you had to answer questions based on a case study by writing and uploading your responses in PDF format from where 40 students were finally shortlisted for the interview.
