Ques. Introduce yourself to the readers
Hello, I’m Smilee Aggarwal, a final-year Computer Science undergraduate at Thapar University. I’m excited to bring my academic foundation and real-world experience to the table, having secured a placement with Genpact. I’m driven to excel in the field of technology and eager to contribute to your organization.
Ques. What was the difficulty level of the interview? (1- very easy, 10-very difficult)
I would rate the difficulty level of the interview as a 7 , but it’s important to note that this rating can be quite subjective and varies from person to person.
Ques. What was the procedure of the placement that took place? (Shortlisting criteria/ coding or aptitude test/ number of interviews)
The process was a multi-stage evaluation. Initially, there was a CGPA cut-off of 6.0 to qualify for the online test. After clearing the test, the next steps involved a group discussion round and finally, a technical interview.
Ques. Tell us about the written/online test. (Aptitude, Coding, Test Platform, etc)
The written online test was a comprehensive evaluation, featuring a set of coding questions that covered topics such as Dynamic Programming (DP) and miscellaneous problem-solving. It was conducted remotely from my own location, with strict supervision using a camera to monitor the test-taking process and also tab switching was not allowed to ensure the integrity of the examination.
