Ques. Introduce yourself to the readers
Hi, I am Srishti Bhardwaj, an Electronics and Computer Engineering student with a current CGPA of 9.23. I have worked in two internships for the summer: one with EY and the other with CCS Computers.
Ques. What was the difficulty level of the interview? (1- very easy, 10-very difficult)
I would give the technical interview a 6. It felt smooth because I was well-prepared and confident in my knowledge, so I was able to deliver effectively. However, the HR interview was slightly more challenging. The interviewer grilled me extensively on situation-based questions, which required me to think critically under pressure. I would rate the HR interview a 6 or 7 due to its intensity.
Ques. What was the procedure of the placement that took place? (Shortlisting criteria/ coding or aptitude test/ number of interviews)
The selection process at ZS Associates consisted of three online assessment rounds. The first round focused on aptitude and behavioral questions, including logical reasoning and situational judgment. The second round tested English proficiency through comprehension exercises, recording statements, and attention-to-detail tasks. The third round was a case study about a startup, requiring us to analyze the situation, answer multiple-choice questions, and upload our answer sheets to the portal.
