Interview Questions
Ques. Introduce yourself to the readers
Hello, I’m Vishakha, a fourth-year student at Chitkara University, and an upcoming Technical Consultant at Genpact. I’m a passionate Java enthusiast and web developer with a deep-rooted love for creating innovative digital solutions.
Ques. What was the difficulty level of the interview? (1- very easy, 10-very difficult)
The interview questions weren’t overly challenging, I would rate the difficulty level as 6-7 on a scale from 1 to 10.
Ques. What was the procedure of the placement that took place? (Shortlisting criteria/ coding or aptitude test/ number of interviews)
The placement procedure began with the initial shortlisting of resumes, where approximately 350 students were selected. Following this, there was an online test, and subsequently, an interview process.
Ques. Tell us about the written/online test. (Aptitude, Coding, Test Platform, etc)
The online test consisted of three multiple-choice questions covering topics in Java and aptitude. The Java questions were quite basic, focusing on simple concepts like conditional statements and object-oriented programming (OOPs). The aptitude questions were also not overly challenging. Following this round, approximately 90 students were shortlisted for further stages of the placement process.
