Interview Questions
Ques. Introduce yourself to the readers
Hello, my name is Garv Grover.
I am a final-year student at Thapar Institute of Technology, pursuing my degree in Computer Science. I come from Rajpura, a small town near Patiala.
Ques. What was the difficulty level of the interview? (1- very easy, 10-very difficult)
I would rate this interview a 4 or 5. If you are confident with your resume and can communicate effectively, cracking this interview is quite manageable.
Ques. What was the procedure of the placement that took place? (Shortlisting criteria/ coding or aptitude test/ number of interviews)
The process began during the phase of summer internship, where we were required to submit documents—something unique to Accenture. This document submission was mandatory and part of the initial steps before the assessments began.
The recruitment process involved three rounds. The first round was an aptitude test. Candidates needed to achieve a certain score in this round to move forward.
The second round consisted of a coding/DSA assessment with two questions. These questions were relatively easy, comparable to LeetCode medium-level problems at most. Solving both questions was required to proceed. Results for this round were announced within five minutes.
The third round was the interview phase, held about a week later. The discussion focused on two main areas: situational/HR questions and my resume projects. Special emphasis was placed on team projects and individual contributions. No DSA questions were asked during this interview. Overall, the interview was smooth, with the interviewer being friendly and approachable.
