Interview Questions

Ques. Introduce yourself to the readers

I am Sanchakash Kaul. I am from Kashmir, but I did my schooling in Chandigarh, and after giving my JEE MAINS, I entered Thapar. My goal after coming to college was to get tons of experience and get into a good company. As per my hobby, singing is something I enjoy. I was the Finance Head of the Thapar Adventure Club, where we organized many trips with crowds of up to 400 students.

Ques. What was the difficulty level of the interview? (1- very easy, 10-very difficult)

I would say the interviews were kind of average. On a scale of 1-10, it would be around 6-7. But the initial tests/ screen rounds were a bit on the harder side.

Ques. Tell us about the written/online test. (Aptitude, Coding, Test Platform, etc)

Oracle had its platform to take these tests. There were two rounds of tests.
The first test consisted of MCQs in which roughly around 1500 students participated, and only 160-170 students were selected for the next round. The MCQs tested our knowledge based on C/C++, OOPs, DBMS, OS, and some flowchart-based questions were also asked. There were subsections, and each subsection had sections that were timed individually for 6-7 minutes.
Then there was a second test, which consisted of two coding questions, which were a little challenging. The questions I received were on graphs.
These initial screening rounds were very dynamic and tested you on everything you’ve learned till now through your college life.
