Ques. Introduce yourself to the readers
My name is Shubham Sinha and I am pursuing a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Thapar University. I have a keen interest in event management and previously served as the Head of Business Development at Ized.
Ques. What was the difficulty level of the interview? (1- very easy, 10-very difficult)
I would rate 7. Situational-based questions were asked.
Ques. What was the procedure of the placement that took place? (Shortlisting criteria/ coding or aptitude test/ number of interviews)
I went through a three-round selection process for the job. In the first round, I took an online test that covered various domains, including logical reasoning, aptitude, and coding. I had to identify errors in code. The second round was a personal interview where they asked me basic DSA questions. The third and final round was an interview with a senior.
