Interview Questions
Ques. Introduce yourself to the readers
I’m Sparsh Wadhwa. I just got placed in Hevo Data. I am a strong business development professional with a BE focused in Electronics and Computers from Thapar. I’m skilled in digital marketing, data analytics, adobe photoshop, project management among others.
Ques. What was the difficulty level of the interview? (1- very easy, 10-very difficult)

Ques. Tell us about the written/online test. (Aptitude, Coding, Test Platform, etc)
Placement process:
Step 1: We were given 24 hours to learn how some data analytics softwares like Fivetran, Amazon AWS Redshift work. The Next day we had a 2 hour test and we were given a questionaire about products.
Like, comparision between 2 products, what is the unique selling point of this product and why do people use this particluar product over their competition. We had to prepare a word document and send our answers to them after 2 hours.
On the basis of this test, 30 people were short listed for 2 positions – Product management and research analysis.
Then, for my portfolio, there were 2 case studies ahead.
First case study:
They gave us some tools and told us you are a data analytics consultant for a company. Use these tools to automate the company’s hiring process and make a word document illustrating how the system works and how to use it. We had 12 hours for it.
After case study 1, 8 people were short listed.
Case study 2: Pattern analysis (2 hours were given)
We were given a unclean data set in Excel. Using that we had to derive certain parameters and find out trends. We had to give recommendations based on that. After this, 5 students were short listed.
