Ques. Introduce yourself to the readers
Hello, I’m Gurcharan Kaura, currently pursuing a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering with major in Financial derivatives at Thapar University. I am pleased to share that I have been successfully placed at Future First. Additionally, I am the author of a book titled “Real Estate in India”, which has achieved over 1000+ copies sold.
Ques. What was the difficulty level of the interview? (1- very easy, 10-very difficult)

Ques. What was the procedure of the placement that took place? (Shortlisting criteria/ coding or aptitude test/ number of interviews)
The interview procedure initiated at the end of May when we were presented with a Google form. We were given a window of 1 to 1.5 months to complete this form. This form was rather comprehensive, encompassing a range of personality assessments, including HR-related questions.
Among the HR questions in the form were inquiries about our motivations for entering the field of trading, despite our academic background in a technical college. These questions probed our interests, driving factors, and passion for this particular field.
This approach, blending technical assessments with HR considerations, ensured that the selection process was designed to identify candidates who not only possessed the necessary technical skills but also demonstrated a sincere commitment and enthusiasm for a career in trading.
