Ques. Introduce yourself to the readers
I’m currently in my final year in CSE from Thapar institute. I have currently been interned at siemens and have my full time offer at Optum where I did my summer internship. As per my interests, I’ve always been into Back end development and project making in NodeJS. Apart from this I did UI/UX designing.
Ques. What was the difficulty level of the interview? (1- very easy, 10-very difficult)
It was average. 5
Ques. What was the procedure of the placement that took place? (Shortlisting criteria/ coding or aptitude test/ number of interviews)
We had to upload our resume, but I don’t think there was a shortlisting on the basis of the resume. It was basically the CG cut. Shortlisted students received an online test link. It was completely MCQ and was a one-hour test with 60 or more MCQs. Less than half of the candidates were shortlisted for the interview. There were 2 rounds of interviews but those with which they were satisfied, there was no round 2 for them. I only had one round of interview, but it was quite lengthy, around 60 minutes. It covered both technical aspects and HR questions were also included at the end for 5-10 minutes.
Ques. Tell us about the written/online test. (Aptitude, Coding, Test Platform, etc)
There were only MCQs related to coding, i.e., C++ and algorithms and pseudocodes and Core subjects like Computer Networks, DBMS and Data structures.
