Interview Questions

Ques. Introduce yourself to the readers

I’m a CSE student at Thapar University in my fourth year, and my name is Parinaaz Gill. I recently started working for Expedia. I was a member of a few clubs during my undergraduate years, including Girl Up TIET, where I oversaw PR. Whatever I did and whatever activities I engaged in while in college, I believe I got a lot of experience, and all of that has aided in my professional and personal development. I would say that my time in college has been quite fulfilling.

Ques. What was the difficulty level of the interview? (1- very easy, 10-very difficult)

I would rate it as 7.5

Ques. What was the procedure of the placement that took place? (Shortlisting criteria/ coding or aptitude test/ number of interviews)

Prior to the AI-based online interview, there was a psychrometric evaluation, followed by behavioral Q&A. After being shortlisted, nine individuals were selected for an offline interview. The offline interview consisted of two rounds of interviews, the first of which was non-eliminating.

Ques. Tell us about the written/online test. (Aptitude, Coding, Test Platform, etc)

They intended to evaluate your management abilities with the psychometric test and behavioral QnA. Like, how would you handle specific aspects of life if you were a company’s product manager? Consider the following scenario: You are in a group where there is disagreement, or you have a task that needs to be finished by a specific time. How will you respond to it then? Given that you will be playing the job of a product manager, you should be aware that you will need to plan out every step of the process, from conception through implementation and marketing.
