Ques. Introduce yourself to the readers

Hello, I’m Sarthak Narang, a 4th-year student at Thapar University. I’ve received a placement offer from Axis. Previously, I interned at Coding Ninjas and served as a teaching assistant. I take pride in my strengths, including effective time management, a commendable CGPA, and a disciplined approach to my work. Additionally, my project experiences further highlight my practical skills.

Ques. What was the difficulty level of the interview? (1- very easy, 10-very difficult)

Ques. What was the procedure of the placement that took place? (Shortlisting criteria/ coding or aptitude test/ number of interviews)

The Axis placement procedure involved filling out a registration form, followed by an online assessment (OA) consisting of three sections.

In the first section, there were 60 multiple-choice questions (MCQs), with four sub-sections covering general aptitude, English, technical, and another category. The second section focused solely on coding, featuring a single easy-level question.

The third section was personality-based, comprising general questions, and had a time limit of 30 minutes. This multi-sectioned approach aimed to assess various skills, including technical proficiency, problem-solving in coding, and personal attributes.
