Interview Questions
Ques. Introduce yourself to the readers
Hi, I am Sushila Kaur. I am in my fourth year at Thapar university, COE branch. I am interested in Front End basically. Since I am very keen on art and design, UI/UX suits me the best.
Ques. What was the difficulty level of the interview? (1- very easy, 10-very difficult)
I would rate it 5.
Ques. What was the procedure of the placement that took place? (Shortlisting criteria/ coding or aptitude test/ number of interviews)
I appeared for JPMC Code for Good Hackathon in my second year. In this, there is an online assessment followed by a virtual interview on the HireVue platform. The selected students get to participate in a 24-hour-long Hackathon in which we had to design a website for an NGO. Also, there was a kind of one on one interaction/managerial interview there. Based on the performance in Hackathon, students were given offers for summer internships.
On the basis of my work performance during the summer internship, I was given a full-time pre-placement offer. Later it got extended to a 6month internship as well.
Ques. Tell us about the written/online test. (Aptitude, Coding, Test Platform, etc)
In the very first round, there were 2 questions based on coding. The platform was Hackerrank.
