Ques. Introduce yourself to the readers
I am Aayushi Rai, a final year student of biotech, with a minor degree in computer science from Thapar Institute. I have secured a placement in Growth Jockey.
Ques. What was the difficulty level of the interview? (1- very easy, 10-very difficult)
It was moderate 7-8.
Ques. What was the procedure of the placement that took place? (Shortlisting criteria/ coding or aptitude test/ number of interviews)
Firstly, there was a resume shortlisting round, followed by an introductory video round where we had to send a video that was less than 2 minutes. Initially, they sent a Google form in which we had to choose roles in which we were comfortable. After that, they shortlisted candidates based on the introductory video. Then, there was an online technical interview. They found me capable in the technical round, which is why I was selected for the cultural round, followed by an HR round. During the interview process, it’s important to be well-prepared with the things mentioned in your resume. For example, the questions were related to my internship work and the project that I have made.
