Ques. Introduce yourself to the readers
Hey, I am Abhinav from Gurdaspur, Punjab. My branch is COE. I am offered FTE+intern at Fastenal, India.
Ques. What was the difficulty level of the interview? (1- very easy, 10-very difficult)
I will rate it around 5-6.
Ques. What was the procedure of the placement that took place? (Shortlisting criteria/ coding or aptitude test/ number of interviews)
So there were 50 questions in a form, based on certain internal criteria of the company, out of which I believe some 10-12 questions played a very important role in shortlisting. There was an online assessment test which was pretty easy, followed by two interviews. For online assessment, the platform was Mettle. The interview platform was MS teams.
Ques. Tell us about the written/online test. (Aptitude, Coding, Test Platform, etc)
The online assessment round consisted of three coding questions within a stipulated time limit of 1 hour, followed by another section that consisted of Aptitude and Technical questions. The total time was 2 or 2.5 hours, and the platform was Mettle.
