Ques. Introduce yourself to the readers

I’m currntly in 4th year in Thapar with ENC. Coming to my background, I have done internships in my 1st year at TCIL and 2nd year at NIC. In 3rd year, I secured an on campus internship at Standard Chartered Bank after which I was given a PPO. So, that’s me.

Ques. What was the difficulty level of the interview? (1- very easy, 10-very difficult)

NA

Ques. Tell us about the written/online test. (Aptitude, Coding, Test Platform, etc)

This was the first time when Standard Chartered came to Thapar. There were basically 3 interview levels. The first level included 2 tests. The first screening criteria was a Psychometric test. We are given puzzles, where your mind is triggered, some questions requires memory, some are find the difference types.
Second round was an aptitude test in which we were given a lot of data in the form of tables and we had to analyze it and answer the questions based on them.
This happened on the same day.

After 3-4 days, the company revisited. This was the 2nd level now – which was a GD. 10 students at a time. The situation was the bank was thinking of giving a loan to a company and we were given the data about the company and the catch there was 2 different sets of data, one which highlighted the good things about the company and other set highlighted the bad things. Nobody had the complete information, so there was a lot of cooperation, listening to others also required. We were given 5 mins for preparation and GD was of 20 mins. Three panalists were there to judge us. 120 students appeared in the GD and 30 were short listed.
