Interview Questions
Ques. Introduce yourself to the readers
Hello, I am Chelsi, currently in my seventh semester. I will be joining BlackRock as an intern in January and later start a full-time role with Optum.
Ques. What was the difficulty level of the interview? (1- very easy, 10-very difficult)
The difficulty level of the interview experience can vary depending on the panel you are assigned. Personally, I would rate my experience as a medium difficulty level, around 7 on a scale of 10.
Ques. What was the procedure of the placement that took place? (Shortlisting criteria/ coding or aptitude test/ number of interviews)
The placement process began with an online aptitude test that included multiple-choice questions on aptitude and data structures and algorithms (DSA), along with one or two coding questions.According to the job description, the official cutoff for selection was 7 or above. After the shortlisting, we received interview calls within a day or two. The process started with a pre-placement talk (PPT), where the company shared insights about their work and culture. Following that, I had an HR interview, and a technical interview, which evaluated my skills and suitability for the role.
