Interview Questions

Ques. Introduce yourself to the readers

My name is Parth, pursuing BE CSE from Chitkara University and I am in my 4th year of engineering and am currently working as a dev ops engineer intern [Database Admin ] at Fourkites. I love playing cricket, spending time with friends, working on my projects and communication skills.
Fourkites is a Visibility platform and it’s a cloud supported business and basically it’s a shipment tracking company where it provide various products to track your order over all the means of transportation across the globe and there are only three companies providing that kind of services including Fourkites.

Ques. What was the difficulty level of the interview? (1- very easy, 10-very difficult)

Interview is never difficult or easy, it depends upon your preparation and attitude that how your interview will proceed. Always try to keep the interview in your hands that is you should be the one who is accelerating the interview and not the interviewer,
Like in my case too I was the one who was pushing the interview forward and always kept the interview in my hands by describing the things in more depth and speaking out only those things in which I am confident.
So according to me the interview was easy as I had prepared well and was confident throughout the interview and always kept the interview in my hands.

Ques. What was the procedure of the placement that took place? (Shortlisting criteria/ coding or aptitude test/ number of interviews)

There were three rounds of the interview, the first two rounds were coding rounds. You can expect the hardest one to be the First Round because in that round they will try to test you in multiple different factors, than in the second round they will test you in a particular field/thing and this relatively easier as the interview already has the notes of yours from the first round.
In the second round two questions were from my comfort zone and one was difficult and the Third Round is the easiest one according to me because it’s more of a HR round and they are assessing your personality, communication, character and attitude.

Ques. Tell us about the written/online test. (Aptitude, Coding, Test Platform, etc)

The online test is mostly about the theory, definitions and they also have fill in the blanks like snippet is given and they will ask you to insert the missing code, keyword etc.
Most of the questions come from stack, heap, linked list, trees and arrays.
