Ques. Introduce yourself to the readers
My name is Rishabh Jain, and I am presently a fourth-year computer science engineering student at Thapar University. As you are aware, I recently started working at Shell, and I have always had a passion for Mern stacks. Since my first year in college, the Mern Stack has piqued my interest.
Ques. What was the difficulty level of the interview? (1- very easy, 10-very difficult)
It was about 6.
Ques. What was the procedure of the placement that took place? (Shortlisting criteria/ coding or aptitude test/ number of interviews)
The Google forms must first be completed. Second, I completed an Online test on the testing site (METTL). Finally, if you succeed on the relevant test, you will get shortlisted for the technical + HR interview round. They had only one online interview round that lasted for around 45 minutes in my case.
Ques. Tell us about the written/online test. (Aptitude, Coding, Test Platform, etc)
The test was divided into two sections: Section 1 contained general aptitude MCQs, such as finding the missing number and matching statements, as well as questions based on passages from literature and comprehension. Questions about operating systems, DBMSs, computer networking, and SQL, such as “What is this protocol, What does this command accomplish (DBMS), What is context switching, and Processors,” were included in Section 2. Finally, they posed two straightforward coding queries to the array.
